Often trainings don’t work for one reason, information is introduced with extensive power point slides and glossy handouts. People sit respectfully, usually day dreaming, working out a problem or using something else as a distraction. At the end of the day the information is lost and forgotten.

With Jennifer every program is highly interactive, continuously changing teaching methodologies to keep people engaged, psychologically safe, interested and learning at their own pace. And, the classes are fun. As one participant responded recently,

Offering strategies that can be used immediately, Jennifer has been focusing on four areas of training for the past 25 years – Leadership, Communication, Supervisory Skills & Customer Service – and  has taught these topics to hundreds of companies including the Navy and Airforce, the CIA, NASA and Honeywell Space Systems, among others.

Additionally, she offers a variety of follow-up tools to ensure people continue learning after the program, including coaching, video tips, video reinforcements and ongoing consulting.
